Hamstring ultrasound can be a difficult and intimidating examination. This webinar examines the unique sonoanatomy of the Hamstrings and offers a pragmatic and methodical approach to this scan. We  will look at how to grade and describe Hamstring injuries and discuss some of the recent research into T-junction injuries, including how to grade these with Ultrasound and how to dynamically assess them.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

  • Learn the unique ultrasound anatomy of the Hamstring muscles.
  • Learn how to implement a pragmatic and methodical approach to this scan.
  • Learn how to describe and grade Hamstring injuries.

Why you should attend this webinar
Hamstring ultrasound has traditionally been underappreciated and underutilised in favour of MRI. However, as this webinar seeks to illustrate, ultrasound is comparable in many respects and offers many benefits that MRI cannot. This webinar will simplify ultrasound of the Hamstrings so that even minor Hamstring injuries can be evaluated and diagnosed on ultrasound. Recurrent Hamstring injuries remain a clinical challenge, particularly of the T-junction. This webinar will showcase how to perform follow up imaging and dynamic assessment so that rehab management may be aligned with ultrasound findings.
