Part 1: Tuesday January 12th (7:00 – 8:30 PM CET) – Transabdominal ultrasound of the pelvic floor
Pelvic floor anatomy and function, evaluation of the paravaginal tissue, pelvic floor muscles contraction quantification (mode B and M), bladder volume and post-void residual volume, US as a biofeedback tool.

Part 2: Tuesday January 19th (7:00 – 8:30 PM CET) – Transperineal ultrasound
Pelvic floor anatomy and function, pelvic floor muscles contraction quantification, urethral mobility quantification, posterior urethrovesical and anorectal angle assessment, pelvic organ prolapse assessment, anal sphincter evaluation, US as a biofeedback tool.

Part 3: Tuesday January 26th (7:00 – 8:30 PM CET) – Abdominal wall assessment in abdominal and pelvic floor disorders
Abdominal function and pelvic floor disorders, sonographic assessment of abdominal muscles: morphology and function (validity, reliability and clinical relevance), relevant landmarks, diastasis recti management and sonographic assessment (inter-recti distance, distortion index and functional evaluation), US as a biofeedback tool.
