Course content

Over the past decade, there has been a rapid expansion in the utilization of ultrasound for pelvic health assessments. This imaging tool is particularly valuable in pelvic-perineal rehabilitation as it enables visualization and examination of the relevant structures from both morphological and functional standpoints. The objective of this course is to equip participants with ultrasound techniques tailored for assessing and addressing specific perineal dysfunctions. Additionally, the course incorporates evaluation of other abdominopelvic structures crucial to perineal pathology management, notably the abdominal wall and diaphragm.

Target Audience

This course is designed for (pelvic) healthcare professionals who are new to ultrasound and would like to start using this medical imaging modality in their clinical practice.
