Join this comprehensive 3 part series on shoulder ultrasound. Each series of 1,5 hour will focus on a specific region of the shoulder. We will review the theory and practice ultrasound skills of several important osseous, cartilaginous, capsuloligamentous, myogenic, neurogenic, and vascular structures. We will not only have a look at normal anatomy, but also discuss some interesting pathology cases.

Part 1: September 22nd, 5:00 - 6:30 PM (CEST) - Ventral shoulderLong head of the biceps tendon, pectoralis major tendon, rotator interval, subscapularis, anterior labrum and several bursa's. Furthermore, we will discuss the coracoid process region incl. the short head of the biceps, coracobrachialis, pectoralis minor, coracoacromial ligament, coracohumeral ligament, coracoclavicular ligament, SC joint.
Part 2: Tuesday September 29th, 5:00 - 6:30 PM (CEST) - Superior shoulder
Supraspinatus tendon and muscle, acromiohumeral distance, suprascapular nerve, subacromial-subdeltoid bursa, AC-joint.
Part 3: Tuesday October 6th, 5:00 - 6:30 PM (CEST) - Dorsal and inferior shoulder
Infraspinatus, teres minor, dorsal and inferior labrum, axillary recess, quadrilateral space, suprascapular nerve.
