Master ultrasound-guided interventions and minimal invasive procedures of the elbow, wrist and hand during this intensive one-day cadaver course at the Amsterdam Skills Centre. Combine 5 hours of targeted e-learning with hands-on procedural training on soft-preserved specimens to sharpen your skills in both foundational and advanced ultrasound guided MSK techniques.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Perform ultrasound-guided injections into the radiocarpal joint, CMC joint, carpal tunnel, and 1st extensor compartment.
Conduct ultrasound-guided releases of the 1st extensor compartment and digital pulleys.
Understand and apply techniques for minimally invasive ultrasound-guided carpal and cubital tunnel release.
Identify and trace the thenar motor branch of the median nerve using high-resolution ultrasound.
Learn hydrodissection of the median nerve in the carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve in the cubital tunnel
Optimize ergonomics, probe handling, and needle visualization techniques for real-time guided interventions.

Prerequisites for this course:

We strongly advise participants to have foundational knowledge and skills in MSK ultrasound of the wrist. If you don't have this, please consider the following options:

Online training: purchase the online foundational (and advanced?) course on wrist ultrasound. After having studied this you need to bring this to practice
Hands-on training: visit the whole, or only part 1 (the upper extremity part), course on foundational MSK ultrasound. E-learning is included.
