Marta Gutiérrez Pérez is a sports physiotherapist and Head of Medical Staff for the Dutch Women’s National Volleyball Team at the Papendal Olympic Training Centre. She is a specialist in musculoskeletal ultrasound with over seven years of experience applying it in elite and high-performance sports environments. Marta works extensively with advanced invasive physiotherapy techniques, including EPI, EPTE, and percutaneous neuromodulation, integrating them into comprehensive rehabilitation and return-to-play programs. Alongside her clinical work, she is passionate about education and knowledge sharing, with a strong interest in contributing as a lecturer in MSK ultrasound and invasive physiotherapy techniques.
