Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee. Participants arrange their own travel and lodging.

For those attending courses in Amsterdam, hotel recommendations are available via a dedicated article.

Important: please do not book travel or accommodation until the course is officially confirmed. Confirmation or cancellation of the course will occur no later than 4 weeks prior to the start date. Course confirmation depends on meeting the minimum number of participants; confirmed courses receive prompt notification.
