I didn't receive the activation e-mail

If you didn't receive an activation e-mail from our eLearning platform, make sure to check the following:

1. Check your SPAM folder — sometimes our e-mails end up there. Make sure to add info@sonoskills.com and noreply@sonoskills.com to your address book so our e-mails won't be flagged as spam.

2. Request a password reset at https://portal.sonoskills.com, as this will force the system to resend the activation e-mail.

3. Still no activation e-mail? We can manually activate your account, send us an e-mail at info@sonoskills.com
