
General Physician
Dr. Gonzalo Eduardo Yamauchi Quintian is a physician specializing in musculoskeletal and regenerative medicine. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Buenos Aires, he completed his residency in Family and Community Medicine at the Italian Hospital of Buenos Aires, where he served as Chief Resident. During this time, he developed a strong focus on musculoskeletal medicine, training in prolotherapy, regenerative injection therapies, and subcutaneous perineural injection therapy in the United States.
Over six years at the Italian Hospital of Buenos Aires, Dr. Yamauchi treated more than 2,000 patients annually in the Integrated Complementary Medicine Clinic and became a leading referral physician for musculoskeletal disorders. He further advanced his expertise through clinical training with Dr. Tommas Bond and Dr. Noel Peterson in Oregon, USA, and earned the AAOM IROM-C certification in 2017. He also served as the founding President of LAOM Argentina (Latin American Association of Musculoskeletal Medicine) from 2017 to 2019.
Today, Dr. Yamauchi specializes in ultrasound-guided interventional procedures and serves as an instructor and trainer for SonoSkills, one of Europe’s leading organizations in musculoskeletal ultrasound education. Through SonoSkills LATAM, he has co-developed and delivered educational courses and webinars across Latin America. He currently serves as Medical Director of Grupo Prolosalud Buenos Aires.
