Dr. Mo Bardi Rheumatology Trainer
Dr. Bardi completed his training in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology at the University of British Columbia. Areas of additional training include a fellowship in musculoskeletal ultrasound through the American College of Rheumatology USSONAR program; with whom he also teaches MSK ultrasound as a junior faculty member. Further, he trained internationally in the use of ultrasound for the assessment of large vessel vasculitis.
He was a recipient of the K.A. Evelyn award in 2015 for outstanding internal medicine resident and was Chief of Medicine at Vancouver General Hospital in 2017. He is part of the Division of Rheumatology in Vancouver where his main practice is based. His ongoing research is in the areas of ultrasound in the assessment of large-vessel vasculitis and the diagnostic role of musculoskeletal ultrasound in inflammatory and non-inflammatory joint diseases.
